Rev. Dr. Thaddaeus B. Allen

Thaddaeus is the senior and most experienced regional minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). He is the Regional Minister & President of The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and the Northeastern Regions. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Bethany College, M. Div. from United Theological Seminary, a Post Graduate Certificate in Congregational Renewal and Leadership from Lexington Theological Seminary, and a Doctoral degree from Lexington Theological Seminary. His work life began in a boutique public accounting firm. He then transitioned to American Express Tax and Business Services where he won the Premier Performer award. Through much contemplation and discernment, he decided to enter ministry. After serving 15 years in parish ministry he was called to his current role as Regional Minister and President. His role encompasses overseeing 170+ churches and ministries. He has extensive board experience and work in institutional governance.
Thaddaeus is dedicated to the betterment of society and financial stability of todays world. His passions reach beyond the walls of the church and rise and fall of the markets. He is energized in his current and past work with the Thomas Campbell Housing project; a large community dedicated to affordable housing for the elderly, Disciples of Christ Historical Society; an entity dedicated to the preservation of Disciples History, Prestera Center; a mental health and addiction intervention community, Bethany College Board of Trustees; a private liberal arts college embodying the values that education is the key to future progress, and the Christian Church Foundation & Pension Fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ); programs involving the investments and endowments of ministerial monies, just to list a few.
Thaddaeus has been a consultant on many projects involving revitalizing a budget to meet the needs of the entities mission/vision. His track record of bringing new life, energy, and monies to static and exhausted ministries is extensive. His work history and educational training are a unique combination sought after for expertise in unique situations.
Jennifer R. Allen


Jennifer is the Communications coordinator for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Northeastern Regions. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from West Liberty University and an M.A. in Leadership Studies (with an emphasis in Community Leadership) from Marshall University. Her work experiences have been diverse; functioning in the private and public sector, managing corporations and family owned businesses, and serving as a liaison between state universities and underserved communities.

She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and has been a mission/vision & budget consultant for philanthropic organizations. The strengths she brings to her current role in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) encompass her keen sense of organization, technological understanding, graphic design, and knack for attention to detail. Jennifer’s mathematical training, interpersonal communication skills and creative mind are an asset when looking for solutions to diverse quagmires and challenging and difficult situations.
